Türkiye'de 2022'de kültür harcamaları arttı

Türkiye'de kültür harcamaları, geçen yıl bir önceki yıla kıyasla yüzde 88,1 artarak 149 milyar 620 milyon 769 bin liraya yükseldi.

Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu, 2022 yılına ilişkin kültür ekonomisi ve kültürel istihdam verilerini açıkladı. Buna göre, kültür harcamaları geçen yıl bir önceki yıla göre yüzde 88,1 artarak 149 milyar 620 milyon 769 bin lira oldu. Kültür harcamalarının gayrisafi yurt içi hasılaya oranı 2022'de yüzde 1 olarak gerçekleşti. Toplam kültür harcamaları içinde genel devlet harcamalarının payı yüzde 59,9 oldu. Genel devlet kültür harcamaları, geçen yıl bir önceki yıla göre yüzde 115 artarak 89 milyar 658 milyon 436 bin liraya çıktı. Harcamaların yüzde 70'i merkezi devlet bütçesinden yapıldı. Genel devlet kültür harcamalarında en yüksek pay, yüzde 17,5 ile mimarlık alanında hesaplandı. Hane halklarının geçen yıl gerçekleştirdiği toplam kültür harcamasının dağılımına bakıldığında, diğer kültür hizmetleri yüzde 23,5, televizyon ve ekipmanı yüzde 18,6 ve veri işlem ekipmanları yüzde 17,8 paya sahip oldu. Kültürel mal ihracatı yüzde 105,2 arttı Kültürel sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren girişimlerin faktör maliyetiyle katma değeri yüzde 100,9 artarak 55 milyar 761 milyon 289 bin liraya yükseldi. Katma değerin yüzde 22,1'i kayıtlı medyanın basılması ve çoğaltılması, yüzde 13,8'i sinema filmi, video ve televizyon programları yapımcılığı, ses kaydı ve müzik yayımlama faaliyetleri ile yüzde 11,9'u mücevher ve benzeri eşyaların imalatı alanında faaliyet gösteren girişimler tarafından üretildi. Kültürel mal ihracatı, geçen yıl bir önceki yıla kıyasla yüzde 105,2 artarak 178 milyar 596 milyon 215 bin lira olurken, kültürel mal ithalatı bir önceki yıla göre yüzde 110,9 yükselerek 79 milyar 774 milyon 71 bin lira olarak kayıtlara geçti. Kültürel mal ihracatının toplam mal ihracatı içindeki payı geçen sene yüzde 4,2 olurken, kültürel mal ithalatının toplam mal ithalatı içindeki payı yüzde 1,3 olarak hesaplandı. Kültürel istihdam 2022'de bir önceki yıla göre yüzde 6,2 artarak 682 bin kişi oldu. Kültürel istihdamda olanların yüzde 61'i 30-54 yaş grubunda, yüzde 29,2'si 15-29 yaş grubunda, yüzde 9,9'u ise 55 ve daha yukarı yaş grubunda yer aldı. Kültürel istihdamda olanların yüzde 38,3'ünü yükseköğretim mezunları, yüzde 35,9'unu lise altı eğitimliler, yüzde 25,8'ini ise lise ve dengi meslek okulu mezunları oluşturdu. İstihdamda olanların yüzde 60,6'sı ücretli, maaşlı veya yevmiyeli, yüzde 39,4'ü işveren, kendi hesabına veya ücretsiz aile işçisi olarak çalıştı. Kültürel istihdamda olanların yüzde 76,6'sının tam zamanlı, yüzde 23,4'ünün yarı zamanlı çalıştığı görüldü. Kültürel istihdamda yer alan kişilerin haftalık ortalama normal çalışma süresi 38,7 saat olarak belirlendi. El sanatları çalışanlarının payı yüzde 40,4 oldu Kültürel istihdamın yüzde 90'ı kültürel meslek alanlarında, yüzde 10'u ise kültürel olmayan meslek alanlarında çalışanlardan oluştu. Kültürel istihdamda olanların yüzde 40,4'ünü el sanatları çalışanları, yüzde 19,3'ünü mimar, planlamacı ve tasarımcılar, yüzde 9,7'sini yaratıcı sanatçılar ve sahne sanatçıları, yüzde 7,4'ünü ise sanat ve kültür ile ilgili yardımcı profesyonel meslek mensupları oluşturdu. Kültürel faaliyet alanlarına göre, mimarlık ve uzmanlaşmış tasarım faaliyetlerinde çalışanların toplam kültürel istihdam içindeki payı yüzde 9,5, yaratıcı sanatlar, gösteri sanatları ve eğlence faaliyetlerinde çalışanların payı yüzde 5,3, sinema filmi, video ve televizyon programları yapımcılığı, ses kaydı ve müzik yayımlama faaliyetlerinde çalışanların payı ise yüzde 4,1 olarak belirlendi.
