Turkish Airlines says Boeing jet purchase talks ongoing, no deal yet

Communications Senior Vice President Yahya Ustun says no final decision reached

Turkish Airlines (THY) Communications Senior Vice President Yahya Ustun said Friday that discussions with Boeing on a potential purchase of new planes are ongoing. “This is an issue we have been discussing with Boeing for a long time, but no definitive decision has been reached yet,” Ustun said, commenting on THY’s possible purchase of aircraft from the US manufacturer.
