London....City of Dreams! I would like to present my own acrostic poem for magical London...  L ullaby of an affectionate spirit to my ear,  O n the corner of sadness you offered me help my dear,  N ever shall I forget you till death do us part,  D ancing in your arms with all my heart,  O n the Thames, you have given me a fresh start,  N oone can deny the love for you is an endless art... "You are everything that I have my sweetheart!" Now, you might wonder why I have written a poem for London. Can you imagine a city out of nowhere is the savior of a lonely woman's life?  It was years ago when I tasted the bitter flavour of pain that was too sharp to paralyse me. I was helpless, desperate and had no wish to move on. Life was just a meaningless song I did not want to hear. One day I had a dream of Big Ben calling my name, inviting me to his country. When I woke up, I felt refreshened as if something invisible had given me my life energy back and I decided to search what I could do to go and meet my magical friend, London. I was in London one month after I had the dream.  I have made a fresh start and opened a new chapter full of amazing experiences. The capital of the UK is one of Europe's most famous and vibrant cities. As the UK's premier metropolis, the city has quite a lot to offer. It is home to countless museums, art galleries and theatres, many of them are free to visit. When you are in the mood to take a vacation, make sure to keep London on your mind. London is pure magic. One of the world's most visited cities, London has something for everyone: from history and culture to fine food. 2000 years of history has made "The Big Smoke" deeply cosmopolitan and exotic. Charles Dickens, Virginia Woolf, George Orwell and Oscar Wilde - London is the world's greatest literary hub. London is famous for "Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, British Museum and Tower Bridge". It is also known for its rich history, double decker buses, red phone boots, world-class museums and galleries, gigantic lush parks, financial districts and cosmopolitan vibes. As well as official names, the capital has also attracted a number of sobriquets over the years. The most famous ones are " The Big Smoke, The Old Smoke or simply The Smoke".These names refer to the dense fogs and smogs that would permeate the city from ancient times.
